Early Learning & Childcare Expansion - Motion From Audit & Scrutiny
Report in response to the motion from the
Audit and Scrutiny Committee on 11 March 2019 that the Executive
Cttee consider providing 1140hrs or Early Learning & Childcare
(ELC) from August 2019 for all eligible 2 yr olds rather than
August 2020, regardless of whether or not they live in one of the
expanding primary school catchment communities.
