Local Development Plan: Development Plan Scheme 2019
The Council has a statutory requirement to
produce a Development Plan Scheme (DPS) which confirms anticipated
timescales for the production of the next Local Development Plan
and the anticipated timescale for the adoption of the Strategic
Development Plan (SESPlan). The DPS includes a participation
statement and confirms how third parties can get involved
throughout the LDP preparation process. The DPS will be sent to
Scottish Ministers
