Proposed business activity – The premises are the detached clubrooms for Chirnside United Football Club.  They consist of changing rooms, toilets, small kitchen (with hatch providing a bar area) and social room.  The premises are primarily for use of club members and guests however there may be occasions where it is used for community events

(b)  Change Columns 2, 3 and 4 from NO to YES for Conference facilities; and Bar meals.

Change wording for having YES in Column 4 to read – ‘Activities may commence prior to core hours but will not extend beyond without the benefit of an occasional extension’.

• Q6 - Children and Young Persons - a change to the times and accessible areas relating to Children and Young Persons access:-

(a)    Times of access - amend wording to read - At all times (given the nature of the business ie. holiday park); and 

         (b) Parts of premises allowed access - amend wording to read – Children and    Young Persons will be allowed entry to all parts of the premises, with the exception of the immediate bar area.
